U Visas

Detailed documentation of the nature and extent of mental or physical abuse sustained by a victim of a qualifying crime to assist the court in understanding the impact of trauma. 

T Visas

For victims of human trafficking, detailed documentation of traumatic experiences and the potential for severe harm if the individual were to be repatriated.
